Terms of Service

General Conditions

  • Hotels, Flights & Trains Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any cost arising due to natural climate which are beyond of our control like, snowfall, landslides, road blockage, and political disturbances (strikes), govt. policies, etc. to be borne by client, which is directly payable on the spot, we will not bear any such cost in any situation.
  • If guest/client is unable to reach hotels/camps/resorts or any sightseeing due to natural climates such as snowfall, landslides, road blockage, any political disturbances (strikes), govt. policies, etc. then there will be no refund or deduction in package cost, in any manner, in such situation guest have to pay full amount.
  • Early check in at hotel is based on availability of room in hotel, otherwise check in & check out will be as per hotel policy.
  • Due to weather conditions if bus or cab is not able to reach the bus stand/railway station/airport, then client have to reach bus stand/railway station/airport by own cost.
  • Due to weather conditions if sightseeing of any place/destination/location is not possible then there will be no refund of any amount.
  • Room heater is not included in the package, if client need it then will be available in direct payment basis in hotel based on availability.
  • Delhi/Chandigarh before 11:30 PM during return of your tour otherwise night charges applicable and to be borne by client/guest themselves on direct payment basis to the cab/cab agency.
  • Any kind of Insurance is not included in any our packages. If any medical/emergency situation arises/happened in any case we will not be responsible and no any kind of claim will be entertained.
  • All Hotels Kitchen are open till 10:30PM, if you are going to be late to reach hotel or late in check-in to hotel, dinner will not serve after 10:30PM in that case you can talk directly to the hotel manager or staff, they may keep your dinner in your room.
  • If due to weather condition BUS is not able to reach the bus stand, then client have to reach bus stand by their own. Our pick up will be from possible point.
  • All rates are subject to change, without any prior notice as per situations.
  • All policies will be as per the hotel(s)/company policy.
  • No any kind of cancellation or refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather, land slide or any natural climates which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
  • Any kind of entry fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.
  • Company policy may vary during season to season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
  • For any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our control no any kind of refund will be made/entertained. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • AC will be switched off in hill areas. If guest needs AC in hill areas then extra charges will be applicable.
 

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

  • If in case you wish to prepone/postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail or call otherwise cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail or call). However after the first postpone/prepone additional charges will be applicable as per policy.
  • Within 15 to 7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% of the total package cost.
  • Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
  • We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
  • Credits can be utilized within 06 months from the date of advance payment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 25% of the total package cost within 45 to 30 days from date of departure
  • 50% of the total package cost within 29 to 15 days from date of departure
  • 75% of the total package cost within 14 to 7 days from date of departures
  • 100% of the total package cost within 6 to 0 day from date of departure
  • 10% of the total package cost + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancelled your tour 45 days prior or you can take credit note for 6 months. (Within 06 months you have to complete your journey, if there any difference in package cost, then guest have to pay the difference)
  • On trip no partial cancellations are allowed/entertained. No refund or credit will be given if there any partial cancellation during tour.
  • There shall be no any kind of refund if you cancel your tour partially.
  • If there is any lockdown due to Covid-19 then there will be credit note for 6 months will be given to the customers.

 

HOTEL POLICY:

  • Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
  • If the base category room is not available at the time of booking, then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
  • Hotel check-in and check out timings are as per hotel.
  • Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • Hotel Kitchen is open till 10:30PM, if you reach hotel late or late check-in to hotel, dinner will not serve after 10:30PM in that case you can talk directly to the hotel they may keep your dinner in your room.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • 20% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 40% Amount After booking confirmation (Within 24 hours of booking voucher released)
  • 40% Payment will collect on the first day your tour otherwise service will be stopped from that day.

Please Note: Some hotels have their own credit note policy, then it will be as per hotels policy.
